Let’s talk about value
Good conversations lead to sound decisions, and often to outstanding investments.
Analytical minds. Entrepreneurial spirit.
Privately owned. Personally committed.
FHP Investment Group is a private, owner-managed real estate investment company, founded in 2024 by Georg Felber and Paul Hentschläger. We combine the entrepreneurial expertise of Felber Holding and Hentschläger Invest and pursue opportunities in a changing market environment through selective investments, active asset management and a clear focus on value creation.
The P stands for partners. Together with investors, banks and joint venture partners, we combine capital, expertise and entrepreneurial action. Reliability, transparency and shared objectives form the basis of our collaboration.
