2. Website and hosting
Our website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wolfgang-Pauli-Straße 2, BT3, 4020 Linz, Austria. The hosting location is in Austria.
When you access the website, technically necessary access data is processed. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, requested pages and files, the volume of data transferred, status messages, browser, operating system and the previously visited page.
This processing enables us to provide the website, ensure stable and secure operation and detect and resolve faults and misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Log data is retained for as long as necessary for technical operation, troubleshooting and the investigation of security events. It is then deleted or anonymised. Where there are specific indications of a security incident, relevant data may be retained until the incident has been clarified and to protect legitimate legal claims.
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, message and any other information you provide voluntarily in order to handle and respond to your enquiry.
For contract-related enquiries and pre-contractual steps requested by you, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling and responding to your communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing your data is voluntary and is not required by law. Without the information necessary to process your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.
We retain your data to handle your enquiry, including any necessary follow-up questions and, where applicable, a resulting business relationship. It is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply or continued retention is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. For records subject to statutory retention obligations, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Cookies and technical functions
Our website uses WordPress and technical components to display content, provide caching and operate the contact form. Technically necessary cookies may be used where required for functions expressly requested by you. These include, in particular, cookies for signing into the protected administration area.
Consent is not required for technically necessary access to your device under section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). Where personal data is processed, this is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can delete cookies or restrict their storage through your browser settings. This may affect certain technical functions.
If additional services that are not technically necessary are introduced, they must be individually described in this policy before use and any required consent must be obtained.
5. Fonts
The fonts used to display this website are served locally through our website. Visiting the website does not require a connection to Google Fonts servers for these fonts.
6. Recipients and disclosure
Personal data may be transferred to our hosting provider and appointed IT, maintenance and email service providers where necessary to provide and maintain the website or handle your enquiry. Providers processing data on our behalf may do so only within the scope of their engagement and applicable data protection requirements.
Further disclosure takes place where necessary to perform a contract, where you have consented or where required by law. Data necessary to protect legal claims may be disclosed to legal advisers, courts or competent authorities.
7. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Please submit only information necessary for your enquiry through the contact form.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure or restriction of processing and exercise data portability.
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, please contact us at office@fhp-group.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Information and contact details are available at www.dsb.gv.at.
9. Changes
We update this privacy policy when our data processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version is available on this website.
