FHP Investment Group is expanding its capital markets expertise. Fabian Weinberger will lead Capital Markets & Investor Relations, serving as the central interface between capital markets, project development and institutional investors.

Drawing on extensive experience in private banking and, most recently, private equity real estate at Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC, Fabian Weinberger brings a comprehensive understanding of financial markets and expertise in structuring and managing real estate investments.

During his time at Taurus, he played a key role in structuring projects with a total volume of approximately €100 million in Germany and helped realign the German business from US fundraising towards direct real estate investments in Germany. He also oversaw reporting for German club deals with a total volume of approximately €900 million.

With strong analytical skills, international experience and transparent, authentic communication, Fabian Weinberger joins FHP Investment Group in a key role. He will help further develop investor communication and expand the network of institutional partners.
